Keanland Park is a 109 parcel development that is situated in two separate sections with varying views of Mount Rainier and bordering sensitive wetland and wildlife areas. Both sections are members of Keanland Park Homeowners Association.

Propane: Propane Northwest typically starts out serving new residents. Other Propane servicers are available if you chose to select a different supplier. https://propanenorthwest.com/
Garbage: Lemay Pacific Disposal is the trash vendor that handles household trash, recycling and yard waste. 360-923-0111 is the number to call to set up service. http://www.thurston.lemayinc.com/
Irrigation Service: The vendor is your choice. This vendor has been used in the past for winterizing irrigation systems: Auxio Landscape Maintenance, John Glasgo, 360- 491-2082. In the fall, residents have booked a group of homes at a time and earned a discounted price.
Internet: The vendor is your choice. Comcast/Xfinity is available in this neighborhood.
